I didn't have any peach, and I hate the taste of peach jello, so I tried raspberry, cause it's what I had, and it was worlds better! this recipe is so good, and so foolproof! <br />You should also include the option of using Lard for 1/3 of the fats, as well. This truly is a great pie... Jello abomination and all... <br />In the pie crust recipe, you might want to give foodies the option to replace 1/3 c shortening with Lard, when they feel like it. It's an extra step, but worth it. Makes a difference.
